  • What is Life Coaching?

    Life Coaching is a collaborative designed partnership between coach and client, where the coaching relationship continually gives all the power back to you, the client. I believe that you know the answers to every question or challenge you may have in your life, even if those answers appear to be obscured, concealed or hidden within you.  As a Life Coach, I call upon my coaching training and life experiences to know the right questions to ask and be able to provide the right tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself. I apply research-based techniques to help people develop more effective habits and work through your life challenges.  As your Life Coach, I will provide a supportive, objective, neutral and nonjudgmental environment that allows you to talk openly and freely and that promotes emotional healing.  I help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.   

    The Life Coaching Format:

    • Complimentary 30 to 60 minute Coaching Consultation
    • Sessions are 30 to 90 minutes either via Phone/Skype or Facetime/In-Person/Facebook Chat (session length and frequency depends on which package the client selected)
    • Unlimited email or Facebook chat support
    • Occasional brief check-in calls or texts
